Frequently asked questions

The average summer high temperature in Kiyosato Plateau is about 24°C, and the average low temperature is about 15°C. Even in summer, it can get chilly in the mornings and evenings, so we recommend bringing a jacket.
On the other hand, in winter, temperatures drop below freezing, so please dress warmly. Also, from mid-November to late April, if you are driving, please be sure to bring chains or studless tires.

We are sorry, but we do not allow pets.
If you are traveling with your dog, please use Wan Wan Paradise Yatsugatake.

Even for guests staying multiple nights, Guest rooms cleaning will be performed daily. If you do not require cleaning, please let us know in advance when making your reservation.

Free parking is available.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00.

We accept major credit cards, PayPay, and au pay. Payment is by lump sum only.

Smoking is prohibited inside the building, so if you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking area.
Please note that we do not sell tobacco within the building.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including Guest rooms, lobby, and Restaurant.

If you change or cancel your reservation due to your own circumstances, a change or cancellation fee will be charged at the rates listed below.
Changes to your reservation (such as a reduction in the number of people) will incur a change fee similar to the cancellation fee.
• If booking 10-4 days in advance, 20% of the accommodation fee will be charged.
- 50% of the accommodation fee if cancelled 3 to 1 day prior.
- If on the day of arrival, 80% of the accommodation fee
- If you do not contact us on the day of arrival, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged.

~Notice Regarding Cancellations Due to Natural Disasters such as Typhoons and Earthquakes~
Cancellation fees will only be waived in cases of highway closures or public transportation suspensions due to natural disasters. Cancellations due to anticipated suspensions will be subject to cancellation fees.
*No cancellation fee will be charged for a single schedule change.

Children aged 0 to 3 years old are considered to be infants, so there is no accommodation fee if they share a bed with their parents.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests for specific room numbers.
Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for Guest rooms views, etc.

All toilets in the building, including public spaces, are equipped with washlets.

We provide towels, pajamas, toothbrushes, razors, face and hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, facial cleanser, lotion, milky lotion, cleanser, brushes, bath caps, and cotton sets.

Pajamas are provided in your room.

The entire building is equipped with air conditioning, so please note that it is not possible to switch between heating and cooling in each Guest rooms.

Restaurant offers children's lunches for elementary school and preschool children. If you would like the same meal as adults, please make a reservation as an adult.

Restaurant is not open for lunch.

There are no particular dress code restrictions, however, pajamas and yukata are not permitted.

For both Japanese and Western meals, the menu will be changed if you stay for multiple nights.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept reservations in advance. Please note that we will accommodate guests in order of arrival.

We offer a special menu (low-allergen menu) that removes as many of the nine specified allergens as possible.
For buffets, we provide information on food allergens, so please refer to this information when deciding what to eat and drink.

Day use is not accepted.

The open-air bath uses sodium bicarbonate hot spring Hot springs.
The large indoor bath uses spring water from the Yatsugatake Mountains and is not Hot springs.

A free shuttle bus service is available between Kiyosato Station, Seisenryo, and Sun Meadows. Reservations are required by 6:00 PM the day before; please make your reservation through the shuttle bus reservation website. *Sun Meadows is only available during the operating seasons of "Kiyosato Terrace" and "Sun Meadows Ski Resort".

It is about a 20-minute drive from Sudama IC or Nagasaka IC on the Chuo Expressway.

We have two charging stations (standard charging) available for free use. Please ask at the front desk if you would like to use one.

There are some small areas, but wheelchair access is possible.
We also have a limited number of units available for rental, so please feel free to contact us.

In accordance with Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act (formerly the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act), our hotel does not provide pharmaceuticals.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you prepare your supplies before your trip or visit, or ask the front desk for information on hospitals and pharmacies in the area. (Please note that supplies may not be available depending on the time of day or day of the week.)
