Please gather at the 4th floor observatory 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
Please follow the navigator's instructions during the observation session.
We may refuse entry to anyone who is heavily intoxicated.

Please prepare appropriate clothing for the season to protect you from the cold.

Planetarium (air dome type)
Enjoy a fantastical visual experience in collaboration with the general incorporated association Hoshitsumugi no Mura. The content of the screenings changes seasonally.

Notes
Children aged 4 and up, up to elementary school age, must be accompanied by a guardian.
Children under 4 years old are not permitted to enter, even with parental supervision.
The dome is a narrow and dark space. Also, since you will be lying down and looking up at the ceiling to view the exhibits, we ask that people with mobility issues or claustrophobia refrain from using the dome.
Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the dome.
Please refrain from taking photos or making recordings inside the dome.
• In case of rain, you will walk 80 meters outdoors. Please bring an umbrella.

Strawberry picking in Yatsugatake is enjoyable all year round.
These rare strawberries from the Yatsugatake Highlands can be enjoyed regardless of the season.
Enjoy strawberry picking at "Yatsugatake Energy Farm," located at an altitude of approximately 1,000m and surrounded by the rich nature of the Yatsugatake Mountains.
Here, we cultivate a variety of strawberry varieties suited to the season, including rare varieties that are rarely found in regular supermarkets.
Of particular note is "Yatsumaru," a variety of everbearing strawberry developed through selective breeding at Shinshu University.
This is a rare variety that produces only a small amount of fruit, but in return, you can enjoy its rich sweetness and abundant aroma.
Another major attraction is that you can enjoy strawberry picking throughout the year, in spring, summer, autumn, and winter.
Going beyond the image of "strawberry picking is only for winter and spring," you can also enjoy encountering seasonal strawberries during your summer or autumn trip to the Yatsugatake Mountains.

Fossil excavation experience Staying plan
Experience excavating 90 million-year-old Cretaceous strata in Hokuto City.
Appraisals are conducted on the spot. Since 2012, Waseda University has been transporting geological strata from Kuji City, Iwate Prefecture, dating back approximately 90 million years (Mesozoic Cretaceous period), to the museum! In previous fossil excavation experiences, "premium fossils" such as dinosaur (sauropod), crocodile and shark teeth, and turtle shells have been found.
