Moegi no Mura began with the opening of the ROCK coffee shop in 1971. Over half a century later, it has grown into a complex tourist area with Restaurant, a hotel, a brewery, a music box museum, a carousel, craft shops, and workshops. More than 700 species of plants grow in the natural garden that has been maintained throughout the village. If you take a stroll while visiting the nine viewpoints, you will encounter seasonal flowers, wild birds, and small animals. At the hand-weaving workshop and the natural wood workshop, you can experience the craftsmanship of artisans and immerse yourself in the craft culture that thrives in Kiyosato. If you get a little tired, head to Restaurant or cafes scattered throughout the grounds. From the beer Restaurant "Moegi no Mura ROCK" to the fairytale-like tearoom "Fairy Tales" and the homemade cake shop "Carol," you can choose the cafe that suits your mood and how you want to spend your time.
