We offer a monthly lunch menu featuring a Western-style adaptation of a regional specialty dish from a different area each month. Starting November 1, 2026, we will be serving Yamagata Prefecture's "Imoni" (taro stew) prepared in a pot-au-feu style. Pairings with local wines carefully selected by our sommelier are also available.
