Cottage cleaning is only provided for stays of three nights or longer, and only upon guest request. Please inform the front desk in the morning if you would like your towels changed.
Loungewear is provided in the rooms.
The premium cottages with private dog runs and the top 5 most popular cottages are non-smoking.
In summer, the highest temperature is about 30°C and the lowest is about 15°C.
There isn't much snowfall in winter, but it does snow from late November to April, so please dress warmly. Also, if you are driving, please be sure to bring chains or studless tires.
All cottages are equipped with Wi-Fi.
Children aged 0 to 3 years old are considered to be infants, so there is no accommodation fee if they share a bed with their parents.
Towels, toothbrushes, razors, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, coffee and tea (packets), water (500ml), and room snacks are provided in your room.
A full set of cooking utensils is provided, so you can enjoy authentic cooking.

We offer a paid dog-sitting service exclusively for our hotel guests. Please use this service to look after your beloved dog while you go out for events or sightseeing. To minimize stress on your dog, please bring their usual toys with you when using the service. Temporary leave in your room is possible, such as during dinner or while you use the bath, provided they are in a cage or playpen. When you go out, please either take your dog with you or leave them at the front desk (a fee applies). Please refrain from leaving your dog alone in your room.
Available hours: 8:00-21:00
Usage fee: 1,100 yen (tax included) per animal per hour

Small dogs (under 10kg): 3,300 yen (tax included)
Medium-sized dogs (10kg to under 25kg): 4,400 yen (tax included)

You will receive a 1,000 yen discount per stay per dog per GoTo Pass registration account.

We ask that you keep your dog on a leash in public areas, so please be sure to bring one with you. Also, to help your dog relax, please bring your dog's usual supplies (familiar food, bowls, bedding, toys, etc.). Toilet trays and sheets, etiquette bags, lint rollers, deodorizers, cages, and foldable playpens are provided in each room.
The only animals you may bring with you are dogs.
Your dog can sleep in a bed or futon with you if he or she wears a diaper.
Please keep your dog on a leash in public places, with the exception of some facilities such as Guest rooms and dog runs. Please note that some dogs may not like or be scared of other dogs, so we ask for your cooperation.
Regarding vaccinations, dogs that have not been vaccinated can still be used if there is a valid reason, such as being a senior dog, having allergies, or a veterinarian's recommendation.
We only allow indoor dogs that have received their annual rabies vaccination and have had their vaccinations or antibody tests within their validity period, and that are well-trained. Dogs in heat and puppies under 4 months old are not permitted. There are no restrictions on breed or size (small, medium, large, or extra-large). There is also no limit on the number of dogs, so those with multiple dogs are welcome.
