Procedure [Before arriving at the hotel] ・If you registered your email address when making your reservation From 10:00 on the day of your stay, you will receive an email with "Automatic Check-in Information" to the email address you entered when making your reservation. Access the link in the email, fill in the required information in the input form, and obtain a dedicated QR code from "My Page". *Expedia, Booking.com, and AGODA cannot send emails from here, so please follow the same procedure as if you had not registered your email address. ・If you did not register your email address when making your reservation After filling in the required information in the input form via the link below, you will receive an email with "Automatic Check-in Information". Access the link in the email, fill in the required information in the input form, and obtain a dedicated QR code from "My Page". You can proceed here. You can pay any outstanding charges when registering on My Page. For example, if you paid for your accommodation by credit card, you can pay for additional charges such as parking and Food by credit card. [After arriving at the hotel] 1. Hold the issued QR code over the dedicated mobile check-in machine located in the lobby. 2. Your room key and Food voucher (only for those who have booked a plan with breakfast included) will be issued. Receive them and check-in is complete. *Due to system limitations, some reservations may not be viewable. In that case, you will need to check in person at the front desk. *Some services may not be available before check-in time. In that case, you will need to check in person at the front desk. *Foreign nationals who do not have an address in Japan are required to present their passport and provide a copy in accordance with the Hotel Business Act.
