We would like to inform you about the centralized air conditioning system throughout the hotel, including Guest rooms. As the air conditioning system in our hotel is centrally controlled for the entire building, we are unable to switch between heating and cooling in individual rooms. During periods of significant temperature fluctuations, we switch between heating and cooling on a daily and hourly basis. We are fully aware that each guest's comfort level is different, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we kindly ask for your understanding.
