We would like to inform you that we will be making some changes to Restaurant operations and in-room dining (catering) service during the following period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our guests and appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 1. Period and details of the changes to our operations [Period] January 5th (Mon) - March 31st (Tue), 2026, June 1st (Mon) - June 30th (Tue) [Changes] January - March: Shabu-shabu buffet Restaurant "Saika-tei" will be closed June: BBQ buffet Restaurant "Forest Garden" will be closed Year-round: Catering menu will be changed to "Takeout menu (tentative name)" *The catering method will be changed from the conventional "catering delivered to cottages" to a "takeout menu handed to guests at the front desk". 2. Regarding Staying plan during this period, the following plans will be available during Restaurant closure: • Room-only plan (no Food) • In-room dining plan (1 night, 2 meals included) We also plan to expand the menu of frozen foods and other Food available at the front desk shop. 3. For guests who have already made reservations for the affected period For guests who have already made reservations for dinner-inclusive or breakfast-inclusive plans for the affected period, our staff will contact you individually in due course to provide further information.
