If you wish to purchase additional breakfast vouchers, please inform Restaurant on the day of your visit.
Sales may be suspended depending on the level of congestion.
Please present your breakfast voucher to Restaurant staff upon entry.
Please refrain from using Restaurant while wearing your hotel robes and slippers.
Please be aware that there may be a waiting time depending on how busy we are.

Information about the large public bath (7th floor of the main building)

Opening hours: 15:00 - 0:00 / 6:00 - 10:00

Please be sure to bring your room towel and room key.
You can come wearing the provided loungewear and slippers.
If you require additional towels, please ask at the front desk.
To access Hot springs baths from the North or South Wings, please use the connecting passageway on the 1st or 2nd floor.
Tattoo cover-up stickers are available for purchase at the front desk. Please inform the front desk before using the baths. We may refuse entry to customers with large tattoos or those who cannot use the stickers.

Card Keys

The door has an automatic lock, so please take your card key with you when you go out.
For security reasons, the back entrance will be locked after 24:00.
Please note that the main entrance is accessible 24 hours a day.

*A fee of ¥1,000 will be charged for each lost card key.

About Laundry room

[Prices] Washing: ¥400/wash, Dryer: ¥200/30 minutes
*Detergent is dispensed automatically.

*Only 100 yen coins are accepted. Please inquire at the front desk if you need change.
*If the pickup time is significantly delayed, our staff may collect your clothing and leave it with you at the front desk.

About Housekeeping at Guest rooms for Multiple-Night Stays

• If cleaning is not required... Please attach the "Please Don't Disturb" sign, which is attached to the inside of the door, to the outside of the door with the front facing up by 10:00 AM on the day of service.
• If you would like your room cleaned... Please attach the "Please Makeup Room" sign, which is usually attached to the inside of the door, to the outside of the door with the front facing up by 10:00 AM on the day of your request.
• If a cleaning sign is not posted, cleaning will begin sequentially from 11:00 AM.

We kindly ask that you leave Guest rooms while it is being cleaned. Please understand that we cannot clean your room while you are inside.
Please use the Guest rooms safe for cash and valuables.
Regarding trash collection during your stay, to prevent it from getting mixed up with your valuable personal belongings, we will only collect items that are in the trash cans.

Guest rooms cleaning will be carried out during the following times.
Cleaning time: 11:00 - 14:00
*Please note that we cannot make the bed if there is luggage on it.
*Items other than those inside the trash can will not be collected.

[For guests staying with the ECO Plan]

• For stays of 4 nights or more, cleaning will be done every 4 days.
  *Normal cleaning will be performed on the fourth night (every three nights).
• Cleaning time: 11:00 - 14:00
• Cleaning will not be done outside of the above dates, so if you would like additional cleaning, please contact the front desk in advance. (Additional cleaning fee will be charged separately)
• If you would like your towels changed during your stay, please contact the front desk.

Parking

A parking fee of 1,200 yen per vehicle per night will be charged.
If you plan to travel by car during your stay, please inform the front desk. We will reserve a parking space for you.
You can use the facilities until noon (12:00) on your check-out day (excluding some plans).
